Edel has over 25+ experience as a ACMA & CPA with international and multinational exposure and understands the complexities of modern business. In the last decade, the rapid evolution of technology has created incredible opportunities for growth and innovation, but it has also introduced significant challenges with the misalignment of People, Process and Technology (PPT) resources.

Too often the human element is overlooked in the rush to adopt new technologies, leading to process breakdown, employee disengagement which decreases business performance.
